Are u confident Jones chin will survive the Rumble?

Lately it seems Jones is ok with winning by decision(be it his facing the best LHW). Rumble hits very hard, many people taught Gus had the best chin in MMA and we saw how that went.

Jones is very hittable mainly because his boxing defence is not very good (as stated by Connor Rubucsh on heavy hands podcast) even with his reach Jones got tagged by Gus, DC and Glover. I see Rumble applying presure similar to wat DC did and try to tag Jones chin.

With the power Rumble posesses do u see Jones chin holding for the first 3 rounds?? cause the 4th and 5th are more then likely Jones, but the first 3 rounds are very interesting.

But I thought Gustafsson's chin was good enough to take Rumble's big shots and I was IN NO WAY correct, so take that with a grain of salt.

Jones can't afford to get hit a lot in this fight. But he is ridiculously easy to hit if he can't poke you in the eye or kick you in the knee.

jones is good at not getting hit clean by power punchers. he either spams kicks from way outside like chun li or smothers you. the reason gus did well is because his ability to move and stuff takedowns. jones has gotten really good at clinchfighting since then

i may be wrong, rumble is really fuckin good, but i think it will look like a less extreme version of jones vs rampage, vitor, dc and glover

If AJ wins this, I think it would be early and in this manner.

AJ smacks him with something big. Get him hurt. And finishes. Round 1 or 2.

If he doesn't do that, Jones will have some dicey moments but probably get a late submission or a decision.

Jones defense is fine, he's fought Rua, Belfort, Machida, Vera, Glover, Rampage and Gus

I don't like JJ but don't get your hopes up for Rumble beating him, Power punchers come-and-go all the time, it's not enough to win title fights

Rumble needs to improve his lateral movement, escaping the clinch and not lifting his back foot when throwing straights.. and most of all his stamina needs to be twice as good as he's ever shown it to be just to be competitive outside of the first round.
