Are there any young HW prospects?

Are there any young HWs to look out for that are in the smaller orgs or maybe just signed to the UFC? In 3 years, what will the HW division look like? Looks like most have 1-2 years left.

It's gonna be a barren wasteland with maybe Matt Mitrione as the champ at this rate. Then Brandon Shaub comes to beat him and they will have a trilogy labelled by the UFC as the greatest HW fight in history with 2 former NFL star athletes.
