I just feel like the Pride, WEC, SF and old UFC guys are still running a lot of the show.

With age and TRT ban, a lot of these fighters will be gone in a couple of years.

We have of course Conor, Ronda and a couple of others. But are there enough new stars coming up replacing the old ones?

PVZ when she comes back from her dancing = $$
Sage = still $$, cuz Sage
Garbrandt if he wins vs Almeida is for sure gonna get a little push

The old ones are still "running" it because of fans who can't let go.

You worry too much.

There will always be up and comers to keep some degree of interest in MMA...same thing with boxing...people kept saying it was dying, next thing you know, Canelo and GGG are keeping that flame lit.

Stop worrying so much.

Nowadays being a superstar in MMA is super tough because eveybody comes with full package..You can be very talented and have a very good or maybe undefeated record but its so hard to look impressive because your opponent also is very very well trained...But back in the day you could face a lot mid level guys...

There's always somebody coming from somewhere. People have been talking about this for over 15 years. Every dominant champ is replaced by another dominant champ sooner or later.

Zuffa is shit at promoting the fighters they should be promoting. But that's their problem. Right now two champions or interim champions are the most dominant their divisions have ever seen.

Things look good. Except for Conor and his obvious ducking. He is the least worthy champion in Zuffa history. Destined to be remembered along side Esparza. But at least she tried to defend.

Conor laid the blueprint on how to become a superstar.

Only a matter of time until new young fighters start running their mouths for a big super heavyweight paycheck.

I think a year or two ago they did produce enought, but they didn't enough't it this year especially at HW. They need to start getting kickboxers from glory, several of them want to start MMA.

No there is not, especially in the heavier dvisions like MW, LHW and HW, they are very little in the last few years.

They should be pushing guys like Tony Ferguson more.

But they decide to hype 1 dimensional fighters like Conor or Ronda who are beatable and lost all their mystique once the blueprint is set.

But who cares.. lets just enjoy some fights.
