I'm seeing this talk, that row v Wade may actually be overturned.

We have seen civil rights voting era laws overturned, and affirmative action laws overturned.

Are the Dems using identity politics to pre-emptively mobilize voters that they thought were about to be attacked?

Are the Dems not as incompetent as I think, and in fact trying to mobilize the women and minority voters that are most effected by a Republican platform?

I have to say that I have been against the identity politics from the start, but if the Republicans are going to take actions that will actually drive women and minorities to the voting booth, perhaps it isn't as crazy as I thought.

Discuss........

They do this during every election dating back to at least 1980. The sky is falling, Roe V. Wade, social security etc. They're gonna put you all back in chains !!

It will never happen. That would be far to positive for humanity.

Depends what you think, I've said it before and I'll say it again, all the dems had to do was not be stupid and crazy... they couldn't even pull that off.

Now look at us, as the world prepares for what future historians will record as WWIII.

Lol, all of these things are being proven.

Open talk by ranking Republicans of massive cuts to Medicare and social security. Civil rights voting act overturned. Trump has said overturning row v Wade is a litmus test for supreme Court judge.

That isn't crying wolf.

I'm on the same page as you I believe, viva. It's too obvious that they are doubling down on the things I see criticized most. They are pushing everyone one way on purpose, but I'm not smart enough to know what for.

WWIII is inevitable, and it will be driven by technology upending the world order, as the industrial revolution produced WWI, and WWII.

Abortion as a issue for the courts makes me want to be very rude, to my fellow countrymen that have religious beliefs. I respect your right to your beliefs. I do not think your beliefs should be admissible to a court of law. Evolution being taught in school would still be illegal, if that was true.

Without religious beliefs, from a perspective of protecting the rights of citizens, the courts 100% got row v Wade right.

Unborn children do not have constitutional rights, that should supercede the right of the mother.

You asked if this was some new strategy and I was speaking to that. You seem to really think you're on to some big discovery and I was simply pointing out that the Dems have made these same claims to motivate their base since at least 1980 and we can still kill babies pretty easily 38 years later.
BTW the civil rights act was not overturned, the Supreme Court is unlikely to overturn Roe as there has been a conservative majority on the court for quite some time and they never have done so. Also I doubt that Republicans have a plan to put black people in chains yet Joe Biden made that claim in 2012, you guessed it, during an election year.
It is your right to believe what you wish.

Have you ever taken into consideration the fact that the only reason you’re able to share your thoughts is because you weren’t aborted?

That's cool, I just think the Republicans are proving the Dems weren't crying wolf. That even though most of us don't really give a shit about these social issues, and we're fine with the status quo, that perhaps that is only true because the Dems have rallied the troops time and again to stop these socially regressive policies.

No, it’s because theirs is an empty ideology.

That isn't a legal argument.

If you want to overturn row v Wade with a constitutional amendment, have at it.

This is the path I support to overturn citizens United, so I'm not telling you to climb a mountain I am unwilling to climb myself.

So, once it’s overturned via a constitutional amendment, you’ll suddenly become pro-life?
