Are Shoyorolls only for Lanksters?

not tight at all, but far from baggy. its an absolute perfect fit! I have a comp 450, golden state, yank and 7th son, all in a1, and I roll in them frequently (each one once per week).

if you have a similar build, you will love the gi in an A1. I would hang dry it though, to prevent any shrinking.

Yeah I'm with Mad. Although I don't own a SYR they seem to be vanity sized. I'm 5'10" 170 and an A1 fit me like a "comp fit." I'm legal but it was really slim fitting for me. My size and mads usually in an A2 but these SYR def sized different. It was a white mamba by the way. I tried on my professors a2 yank and it fit me as good as any a2 gi but a bit "looser." Not baggy but I had much more room everywhere.

For me if I wanted a relaxed but good fit SYR I can go A2, if I can slim comp style fit I can go A1. Good to know

Although the Americana will be in gold weave so I heard they may shrink a lot more than the pearls weaves of the recent batches. Is that right that gold weaves tend to shrink more than pearls?

Thanks for the input from everyone. I like my Gi fairly fitted so unless the Gold shrinks a bunch I should be good to go. I wear a fully shrunk Fuji A3 and I love the fit.

No one knows yet but I'd assume there will probably be a pre-order sometime around the holidays (Thanksgiving or Christmas).
