Are people sleeping on Amanda Nunes could she pull an upset ?

Idk recently been thinking what if Amanda pulls the upset. The girl is a vicious MuayThai monster and people are sleeping on the girl alot. How shocked would you be if she just starts whaling on Miesha on the feet and kos her ?

I don't think anyone is sleeping on her. Almost every thread I've seen about the fight says "if Miesha wins" or "if Amanda wins".
 
I already put money on Nunes. She might be the betting underdog, but I have her as the clear favorite.

I wouldn't be surprised at all, really. She'd have to come in and pretty much do that from the get go and not let off until Miesha is finished. Of course she could gas herself out doing so. Miesha is durable as they come. Even if Nunes fights conservatively in the opening rounds, I still see her gassing midway through the fight.
 
Of course she could score the upset, but her cardio is suspect and this fight is scheduled for 5 rounds..
 
She has the skills to pull off an upset but her gas tank and propensity to be really gassed by the third round make it highly unlikely.

I'm actually picking her. I can't really pinpiont why but I got a feeling Tate is underestimating her, and that Nunes will be too agressive for her.
 
Nope. Just indifferent to the fight. Don't really care which of them wins. Miesha is beatable. I wouldn't be surprised if Nunes got the win
 
She very well could, it would just suck soooo much I've been trying not to think about it at all lmao

Im not even a huge Tate fan but Nunes is just such a boring personality and has a lot of cringe worthy moments when trying to trash talk
 
5 round fight favors Tate.

It wouldn't shock me if she won. She'd be a hilarious champ too.
 
Amanda fucked Cats shit up something fierce in that first round. Cat went limp at one point too. Amanda also brutally TKOd Germaine in the 1st and 9/12 wins were finished in the 1st.

Amanda is like Vitor or Rumble in that early storm you have to weather. She just pushes such a high pace and has the abilities to completely control the pace, it takes a special fighter to be able to win the 1st against her. To weather that storm is no easy task but Miesha is one of the toughest girls in MMA history, but she has a huge hole in her striking and Amanda is dangerous everywhere from kicking range (finishes Shaina in the 1st with leg kicks), boxing range (dropped Mcmann with a punch to set up the sub) and clinch (destroyed Cat early there).

Amanda has Vitor/Rumble syndrome tho in that if u can fight control of that pace and have enough offensive output they fold and quit. Miesha can do the same but i could see her getting finished early too.

Nunes is pretty good standing. I haven't see her much on the ground, but she's a fierce striker.

I'm sticking with Tate tho.
