Yan is probably the most technical out of the bunch. He is just cursed with midget arms. He spends the first round always trying to measure reach/distance. He almost always loses the first round because of that.

Max kind of have short arms too but he is tall so he can make up some ground with his footwork. Suga is tall and he has good reach. He can get away with fighting loose.

With all 4 limbs taken into account who has a deeper bag of tricks? Are we talking about their bag of tricks, or are we talking about effectiveness against top flight competition? (in which case "skills" wouldn't matter"

Recall that Max lost to volk in a fight that was pretty much striking only 3 times. Sean only lost Merab because of grappling, And the next best striker in the division (who I'd like to think is petr yan) lost to O'malley.

As someone already said, Yan is the best for me but lacks reach, he still fucks longer guys up though. Also Sugar won thanks to his corner that saw the head dip Yan kept making and called the knee. Without that knee he wasn't winning that fight.

Max is a box of surprises. One day he looks unbeatable, one day he walks in with CTE, next day he can barely hit a midget and then looks slow in his next fight (pantera) but the other next day he's fucking Justin Gaethje up.

Order aside, yes they are all on the same level. I agree with the others that O'malley is the least proven but he has performed well against the best so far - outstruck Yan, KO'd Sterling, masterclass against Chito.
