That is awesome.

No they won't, HR works for your boss
My boss is part of the problem. Her close friend/business partner (possibly lover) is the HR issue and the party blocking me. Maybe she doesn't want me back either in the company out of spite but in any case he doesnt.

You probably won’t win. Some HR will give a small buyout to avoid hassle. If you want to try to press charges they probably have deeper pockets and better lawyers than you.

I have won a case outside of court recently that few people managed in the past, by sheer rhetoric skill. I represented myself.

But this case has old feelings... Who knows what tricks they might pull.

By the way can you press charges for an HR situation 2 years after the fact? Maybe I cant.

I mean technically you can try to sue or press charges at any point I guess. Finding a lawyer to take your case and a judge who will hear the case is a different matter.

Btw. I’m not a lawyer.

Yeah true. More worse case scenario im thinking of

If they send me a police report just to scare me, I will sue her psychopatic partner in crime. I have no interest in these people 2 years later, i just want to work for a company I enjoyed at different location.

Yeah but if HR shuts it down (which they will) I can then press charges on them. Do they want to risk that.

Are you prepared to lose your job if you sue them? Companies don't want to keep liabilities on their payroll.

I would be sueing them because these two clowns are preventing me from getting a job at their company even though Im applying at different locations. The've blacklisted me after speaking out against abuse (to myself). I was the subject of psychological abuse/gaslighting

I can’t believe how many here still don’t realize this dude is just trolling from his moms basement.
That's not the problem.... The problem is that I can't tell what his story is even about.

Either way, in general the company will do whatever is in their own best interest. If they think the risk of you taking legal action, much less successful legal action, is low enough, they will just tell you to fuck off.

I would need a lot more specifics to be able to make anything they want determination as to what your chances of winning a lawsuit, or leveraging that for compensation, are. And even then, I’m not a lawyer.

I want my internship reinstated at a different location (any within proximity). My previous one got derailed by a jealous asshole 2 years ago.

When I sought to come back, apparently word got around quickly and they asked for my resume only to blacklist me.

I have an HR matter that I havent dealt with. What I did instead was express confidence in the company compensating me. The compensation is not monetary and easy to meet...

Who holds the stronger cards in this case? Would you bet that the company will compensate or do they dare me to go to HR?

The company has so far faked a job interview for me (they had an attitude and never got back to me). I knew it was fake all along...

I called them out on their bluff after they didnt get back to me...

What happens now. Will they compensate me or do they actually dare me to press charges?

What do you guys bet on?

It is impossible to give a meaningful answer without knowing the specifics of your "HR matter".

It could all be in your head and the company is just humoring you or you could be underselling it and it could actually be a criminal matter that you should be reporting to the police instead of playing games with your employer.

We simply have no way of knowing.
