Tate was decent. But she had the stupidest game plan in the history of MMA in the 2nd fight. I'm still baffled by that.

If Holly Holm can work on takedown defense like a maniac I think she could stand a chance.

I do think the women she's beaten are pretty good fighters but the gameplans or lack of some of them are just mind-blowing. Zingano and Alexis Davis are damn good fighters imo but they fought so stupid -_-. I think Bethe and the Pitbull bros had the right gameplan of angling off strikes but Ronda adjusted properly with the single collar tie and started hammering away until the stoppage. I think the next couple of Ronda's fights after Miesha(She's an exception due to the rematch factor) are going to look like her fight tonight. It's ridiculous how much better the 115 lbs division is than 135lbs.

The gap in talent level between Conor's competition and Ronda's isn't remotely close to being comparable. Ronda is a very good fighter but she's essentially Wilt Chamberlain in 1960 dunking on unathletic 6'2 power forwards.

Here's how it is.

She's genuinely a champion and a champion level fighter but it's just that rest of the pool is simply not good enough by the standards of what you would call top "#" fighters.

Despite that, she's so good, even if her competition was legit, she would still win.

This.. At 135 there's not enough women to make a legitimate top 10 and no so far at least that are a serious threat

Tate was all right but WMMA in Ronda's division, as far as her competition goes, always goes into prolonged dog fights with sloppy striking and grappling.

Ronda's way ahead of the curve. She's the Gracie of the WMMA until someone well rounded comes along, she'll be stomping all over the place.
