Social Apple smartphones or Samsung smartphones - Which do you prefer?

Apple but it's only because my wife gave me her old Apple tablet and it's nice to have things in sync.

Neither. I had both brands fail catastrophically. I had 2 Samsung galaxy and they both failed to turn on after a few months. a cheap ass t mobile revvl 6 lasted longer than both those phones.

I've always had android mostly samsung. I've never seen any reason to switch to Apple

I personally really dislike the Apple ecosystem.

Nothing seems intuitive (to me), and the whole thing is locked down to prevent tinkering.

I love running custom ROMs and launchers on my phone, and android is the only option that allows me to do that.

Apple is overpriced for people who want less options but for something that is more homogeneous. It's an option where you're essentially paying a premium for less freedom.

Android is based and I'm pc based, DOS OG so it syncs the best with that.


I like OnePlus phones. My current has been great and for the last 3-4 yrs. Still beasting it even though I've dropped it a million times.
