Any one in Toronto would like to roll and teach a few things ?
Personal training is too expensive. They want you to shell out 800 bucks minimum for 15 sessions for personal training.
I was wondering if someone wanted to roll for a few hours to get practice.
By the way im a Heavyweight @ Brocks weight. This might help if your going pro and looking for heavier guys to train with.
