This would be a great fight. Tyron Woodley is a welterweight at 170lbs. and Yoel Romero is a MW at 185lbs. They could fight at a catchweight. Both are wrestlers with proven, brutal 1 punch KO power.

Anyone want to see Romero vs. Woodley?

Romero has a hard time making 185, what kind of catchweight do you want them to fight at? 190? lol

    Seems kinda unfair to Woodley.

No interest. Romero is a bigger better version of Woodley.

You realize Yoel's had issues making 185 right? Unless that catchweight is 184 pounds it isn't happening. And no Romero is a bigger stronger better version of Woodley. He'd maul him.

Yoel v DC of two years ago s the fight to male. Similar sizes come fight time.
Woodley at MW would lose some quickness and after seeing him get bullied by Marty there is no way he has anything for Yoel, IMO.

Might have to be patient on that one. The Reaper provided he comes back healthy is keeping hold of the real belt.

Is Romero going to have surgery to reduce his size for the catch weight?

Mighty Mouse vs Romero first, since we don't really care about weight classes.

Woodley has lost 3 fights in a row now. I don't think fighting Whittaker would be a good idea.
