how do they compare to double end bags for training coordination and speed?

just looking for something for my apartment can do some drills when i dont have enough time to go the gym

the bag itself changes levels much like a head bobs and weaves - up, down, laterally, etc. Allows you to attack with uppercuts as if attacking an opponent who likes to dip and have the head closer to one side of the body (ex. mayweather to his right side)... you can even clinch it and practice knees, elbows, clinch boxing and gives way for you to neck tie the bag and make quarter turns like you were trying to off balance an opponent to lay in a knee.

the extension of the reflex bag forces you to move more .

double end bags are great as well, but are more boxing focused as intended with the reflex bag, which by chance have a more versatile functions.

cool thx

anybody else have one and know any good drills to practice with one
