Anyone train in the SANTA ROSA area?

I live in San Luis and train at SLO Kickboxing but am moving to Santa Rosa next year to go to State school. Anyone train in this area? I know Terrell has a gym there, anyone train at it? IF so how is it? Anyone train anywhere else in Santa Rosa, or near by? All help is appreciated.

Terell's gym is badass from what I've heard; all his guys come with it. (I train under some other Cesar Gracie guys). I mean Dave is a bad ass BJJ guy and I wouldn't doubt any of his student's abilities. There are very few who have ground game like Terell.
