Bisping brought in a sparring partner who was fighting in Bellator.
Said fighter was getting paid by Bisping.
The guy was showing up late, or not not coming at all.
Bisping got the chance to spar him and "left him in a pool of blood".

Anyone know who he might be talking about?

Was he living in CA or UK at the time? Anyway - my terrible guess is Paul Daley
 
I believe the story, Bisping was very competitive in sparring and a ‘gym bully’, would always take things up a notch. He even said he was much better in sparring then he was in fights because he would over train, probably to keep up with the steroid freaks.

Who could it be though? We won’t know, possibly Luke Rockhold disguised as a Bellator guy? It does sound like something Rockhold would do.
