Arent these "cafe riders" just a hipster term for Enduro style bikes? They look about the same...

no very different. You can think of a cafe racer as an analogous 60’s bike version of a Fast and Furious style street racing car. You start with a relatively shitty but affordable bike/car and then make a lot of aftermarket changes as you can afford them all aimed at making the vehicle as fast of a street racer as possible.

Looks like a cruiser to me. What separates it from a cruiser and a real sport bike??

God the thought of drum brakes on anything remotely sporty is terrifying. Their is a reason Disk is superior for sportive applications. I have had many drum brake systems fail when driving sporty.
