This. Its graphics were revolutionary.

Also, I'd add MGS4 to the list of older games that's graphics are better than a large portion of today's games.

I imagine TLoU will have better graphics than most games 7 or 8 years from now.

Good God, imagine this game with the Oculus Rift, though! I hadn't even thought about that until now, but it's something I absolutely must experience once the Rift hits store shelves!

Are the makers of Crysis the dudes that did Goldeneye and Perfect Dark on N64 and Timesplitters on PS2? I wonder if the guys who made those games are still making FPS.

Most of the guys who made Goldeneye and Perfect Dark went on to form Free Radical, who then made Timesplitters.

Crytek, made up of a completely different group of guys, made Crysis.

Crytek acquired Free Radical in 2009, however, and the studio then became known as Crytek UK. According to the Wiki, though, it shut down last year.
