Anyone heard or trained with Kru Pong

Has anyone heard or trained with Kru Pong in Houston, Tx. I wanna start training MT again and have heard he's one of the best instructors in the country. I know he's Saul Soliz's instructor, but don't know much more about him. His school is about 30 minutes from my house. My BJJ/grappling school is 5 minutes from my house and they offer San Shou. I'd prefer to train MT and am willing to make the drive if the instruction is worth it. I used to train with Sual but driving an hour became to much, but 30 minutes seems reasonable for grade A instruction.

I trained there for a couples months but had to stop due to work. He's recently moved to a new location (next door) but it's a full size gym with new bags, ring etc.

His rates are great, and you can train as long as you can handle. I'm going to begin training again this month and I want to say that it's def worth the drive. He usually will let you try a class for free just to see if you will like it or not. He'll push you to your limits and possibly beyond when it comes to conditioning.

Come check it out, bring clothes if you want to try it out.

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna start going there during the first week of February. I've heard
nothing but good things about training with him. I heard the conditioning aspect of it is kind of tough but that he'll definitely make you you better. I'll probably start off with twice a week.

yeah his conditioning is.. out of hand lol. It's great though, the students there are always willing to help too. Just don't be scared to ask, if you don't ask..they won't help.
