I have it and I have no complaints.. can't you get a trial period or something. If I remember right I had like 3 or 6 months free with my phone (samsung) but I'm sure there's other ways

Out of all the streaming service I have, YouTube Premium is the one I use the most

Apart from no ads, the best part about YouTube Premium is the ability to play with the screen turned off. You can use it as a music service with YouTube arguably having a wider selection of music than Spotify. I also listen to videos on a variety of subject while driving, going out for runs and working out. In my opinion it's worth the price.

It's pretty cool. Not only do you not see ads, but you also get YouTube music for free, and you get to download videos so you can watch them later which is great for airplanes or other places where you won't have internet.

I also like the fact that I can keep playing audio but turn off my screen to save battery.

I know there are workarounds to get all this for free and I would do those when I was poor but I'm at the point now where my time is worth more than my money so I'm ok with paying for convenience.

I think it's worth it. I pay 13 dollars a month and no more annoying ads or pop ups. It's a very clean version.

This is true, but you have to admit they've given you an incredible value for over a decade at no charge.

The amount of video servers they need to run to shit cost a fortune and there's really only 2 good ways to pay for that. Show ads or charge the customers.

I'm cheap as shit and hate paying extra for things but I don't regret yt premium.
