Lost it and can't seem to find it in the sticky's, I think Dave Tate wrote it. Any help is appreciated.

You may find this helpful and also dave tates periodization bible.

Also westside is not necessarily a template it's more of an idealogy of how to setup your training. Many different exercises can be used and people have even tries to modify it for Olympic lifts in the past.

What's your background in training? What are your goals?

Been lifting a couple of years, goal is to be able to deadlift 495 with ease, and bench four plates. Also been boxing for about 3 years but haven't gone since February.

    Age:21
    Height: 6'2
Weight: Ranges anywhere from 250-260 at night. Watery bastard I am.

    bench: 315x4, 1rm: 345x1
    deadlift: 405x5, 1rm: 495x1
Squat: 455x1 (Had some Achilles tendon problems when I was younger, I did 455 one time and I dont know how because I usually have trouble doing 315x5)

I don't have any straps or chalk, but I plan on ordering some chalk, does anyone have a good site to order some from? Preferably some that doesn't make a huge mess.
