Anyone have any good stretching routines?

Right now I have Mark Fureys Combat Stretching series and his lack of presence and delivery on the information makes it a very long and dry watch. That aside, it seems like a decent program. Anybody have any routines that they live by?
 
I usually do the first part of the Ashtanga primary series:

Basically, the first three lines of what you see on that. I also do Marichyasana A and C, and Badda Konasana A and B relatively often, for shoulder and hip flexibility.

These days I am trying to be extra careful with forward bending, to make sure that it is the hamstrings and not the back which is stretching, and only doing very mild back bends, because I don't want to compromise spinal stability ((c) Miaou and Revok).

I guess yoga is not for everyone, though.
 
THanks for that JA - Anyone do any dynamic stretching?
