Let me first say that I think Ricky Hatton will win this fight.

They are both great boxers. But i feel that Mayweather is more shake and bake then he is a get in there and box kinda guy.

Hatton hits hard, as i am sure Mayweather does as well.

Both undefeated.....it's going to be good.

My prediction Hatton will KO Mayweather in the 4th round, OR he will be too aggressive and step into a Floyd combo and get caught.

Opinions....Comments?

I don't think hatton will beat floyd in the 4th round but i do think he will beat floyd and maybe stop him late in the fight 11th round or after. Ffloyd is a very good boxer and does have a good chance of out boxing ricky for a ud win but i still fancy the hitman.

The ref will constantly break up their clinches leaving Hatton without a game plan.

Thats something I have noticed..Floyd loves to dance around and clinch.

For all his big talk and throwing money around, his last few fights have been boring.

I will be happy with a good fight, so long as it doesnt go to a decision.

My Head tells me PBF on cuts, always a step ahead of Hatton, sweeping all of the rounds and most of moments.

But my gut tells me Hatton will wear him down with body punching and stops him late, exposing his inner child not unlike what LH did to Curry all those Atlantic crossings ago.

......Talk about backing off on a prediction.

I don't know a whole lot about boxing, but I'm looking forward to this fight. Ricky hatton looked like he landed some powerful body shots in his last fight. I know most fighters talk a little bit of trash here and there, but I'd like to see someone put Mayweather in his place after so much boasting about his last fight against De La Hoya which I think he lost. Actually the people who really lost are the fans that paid 60 bucks to watch that, lol.

Hatton is going to get pot shotted into oblivion and I like your cuts pick KMC. I don't see Hatton getting to Floyd, he's too quick. Only way this fight ends early is by the cuts, otherwise PBF by WIDE UD.

Opening Line:
Floyd: -300
Ricky: +220

I think Mayweather will win, but anyone who says Hatton has no chance is either on PBF's nuts, or doesn't know boxing, probably both.

Hatton is in his prime, is bull strong, undefeated and committed to making you fight his fight. Exactly the kind of guy who can trouble Mayweather.

I think if Floyd fights Hatton on the ropes then Hatton's smothering style will wear him down. My heart and gut is saying Hatton Unanimous Decision.

This fight isn't going to rely on speed and skill so much as it's going to rely on heart and determination. I wouldn't put my money on Ricky, but I think he has a champion's mentality and a champion's heart and he is coming to win. If Floyd doesn't come prepared mentally he could very well lose the fight.

I think people undereistimate A: Hattons speed and B: Floyd's desire to win. Hopefully this is a great fight and if it is it will do alot to restore boxing to the forefront of sports.... way more than the De la Hoya PBF fight. I am really excited!

Hatton will make this fight horrible by hugging all the time to avoid getting hit at will by Floyd.

Hatton is gonna kick Floyd's ass. Floyd will only win running away, jabbing and clinching. Pbf doesn't want anything to do with Ricky on the inside.
Hatton via decision.

if Hatton can catch Floyd, he will beat him

but....as a big Hatton fan, i'll say that catching Floyd isn't exactly like taking candy from a baby

Go Ricky!!!

I think Hatton is going to have to step in and get hit from Floyd...but if he endures that he can drop Mayweather with body shots and a cross.

Floyd is not invincible, and Hatton will expose that.

One shot and out for Floyd or hit and hold for Hatton? Which style will prevail?

Will either one of them throw more than one punch at a time in this fight? I don't mean this literally but its too far fetched.
