Anyone else think it looks funny when muscular guys wear shirts way too small?

Im talking shirts that barely fit like this, This is called ill fitting.

These examples below are well fitted shirts, the ones above are poorly fitted to their body they are wearing too small especially the first guy

This is a proper fit

This guy is muscular but his shirt is well fit, not tight where you cant breath and the buttons are about to burst but shapes to his body with room in the middle

The first two look very bad, they call that a poor fitted shirt. the last two is what a proper slim or fitted shirt looks like.
