Never hated him but I'll admit he made me eat some humble pie last night. Huge win for him, I thought for sure Lawler would beat him
 
Am I the only one who really didn't have an opinion about him one way or the other? I've never paid much, if any, attention to him and the backlash actually surprises me.
 
I've been a fan since the Marquardt fight to be honest. I'm not happy he took 18 months off and still got a shot but...
He isn't boring and he is very well rounded.
He will give Wonderboy a better fight than most.
He will beat Diaz.
GSP vs Woodley would be my choice though.
That's the money fight in my eyes.

I just say i really disliked the way he expressed his desire to pick Nick as his 1st fight as Champion.

He is just doing exactly what Conor does and what the fans say is smart and that is cherry picking your opponents when you get the belt and going for the big money.
 
Why did people hate him in the first place?
