And now he can't fight. He shouldn't have taken the fight if he knew his weight and health could be an issue.

If the UFC had more guys like Max and less like bonehead bike-rack chucker they'd be much better off.

Max is a warrior, and was much more apologetic than he needed to be in his response to the fight cancellation.

This was a bad idea from the start, it isn’t Max’s fault. Blame the weird circumstances surrounding Tony’s withdrawal.

Really don't think so. Multiple people said his weight cut was going well. They did a similar thing to pettis who was over by like .2 pounds and didn't let him weigh in again or something. There just incompetent
