I work every Sunday and luckily I have every Saturday off. I often sleep in and stay up late and watch the fights with my buddies. It has just became somewhat of a ritual. I don't understand why the UFC would do events on Sunday over Saturday. More people go out on Saturday, more people in town from traveling etc...

What are they thinking? Sunday many people have to work the next morning and wont stay out late at bars or the event itself nearly as long vs a Saturday night. The only thing I could think of is some huge event at the arena on the previous day. Other then that, only do Friday or Saturday cards. I even enjoy a Wednesday card over a Sunday card.

What are your favorite days to watch fights?

Do you get a cheaper rate on PPVs or Fight Pass or is it the same where you are.

So, they're going out, or they're home from traveling? And how would people going out benefit UFC ratings? Doesn't seem like you've really locked down this concept of yours.

Luckily, I have nothing to do on Monday, so I can stay up all night to watch it. Would prefer it to be on a Saturday, though.

Yup. Sunday cards are a no-go for me. I live in Saskatoon, and I won't be attending.

In the UK, we don't pay for PPVs, only the channel. FP is same price for us.

to add, in europe every card is a 5 in the morning card.

imagine doing that for a 14 second ronda fight.

They are fine, but they should start around 5-6pm and finish by 10. I guarantee a higher viewership, and it's much better if you have to wake up in the AM for work the next day.

    No, it's an exposure move.

I think they just assume people are out having fun on Saturdays.

I hate the cards that start at really weird times.

Is the main card expected to start at the normal time? I assumed it would be early but if it's normal time, that's kind of a joke.

I don't like your world, and I feel sorry for you that events start so late for you. I mean, what time does the main event start over there in the UK?

So weird and awful that Zuffa does that to you guys.

You must not have much of a life if you are whining about a card like this being on a Sunday. Most cards ARE on Saturday night. A few a year are on Wednesday or Sunday night. International cards can be around Noon.

Not every UFC card will cater to your schedule.

The UFC is trying to stick it's dick in the WWE's mouth, that's all.

Prelims start at 12, card usually concludes at 6.

Most times.. But since I'll be floor level, I'll love this one in particular.
