the postwhoring while people waited didn't help things. perhaps if the thread was locked up until he said go, unlocked for us to shout in and then locked up again when a total of 10 was tallied it might have worked a bit better... but multiple refreshes from everyone puts a strain on the site as well so there isn't a full-proof method to go on.

I honestly wouldn't want to be a judge right now. The forum clock skipped lots of people around and the initial postgasm of the slogan caused some of us to hit a Sherdog redirect screen, taking us to the last time we post the same message, regardless of when we were trying to post again.
