Anyone else find it satisfying watch Pena lose in such dominant fashion???

Show me a sports fan anywhere that doesn’t hate another team/athlete.

You can’t do it, so smarten up.

I'm reminded of when Nunes came back and smashed Pena in their rematch.

Normally I don't cheer for a fighter's loss, but Pena is so unbearably annoying.

TBH, I never thought Pena was even remotely good. Fair play to beating Nunes. That wasn't easy. But I'm glad Harrison worked her yesterday.
Yes, but for different reasons. I agree that Pena is unlikeable but it had more to do with rooting for Kayla. I was at the event last night and I thought her star shined the brightest. Her performance, her speech, the way she handled herself with Trump and his family etc..... The lady is a superstar in every fiber of her being. She should be on a Wheaties box.

It actually is normal to cheer for someone to lose that one doesn't like. Some take their emotions overboard in hating or liking a fighter, but that is another issue.

Yes, I don't care for Pena's personality and was glad to see her lose. I wasn't dancing in the streets or screaming from rooftops about it though.

Nah not really. I don't take joy in fighters losing. I think its a weird and increasingly common brand of fan that just looks at everything negatively and only hate watch fighters they want to see lose. Yall are weird
At least you admit you’re gay.

You can not be a fan of a fighter and like to see them lose, thats completely okay. That doesnt mean you are negative about everything.

If I dislike a fighters fight style, its a net positive for me if they lose, as there are less chance of seeing them fight again.

Like I said, I normally do not revel in fighter's losses. I've been following the sport since '03 and there's only been a few fighters that I genuinely dislike to the degree that I'm happy when they lose.
There was, however, something about Pena's brash arrogance that rubbed me the wrong way.
I understand that, to be a top-level fighter, you often need a level of delusional thinking, and I can appreciate that.
Not hating Pena for thinking she was the best.... it was just her degree of dismissiveness that chaffed me.
Even after Nunes annihilated her, she was chirping about Nunes being afraid to fight her again. Some of that is promotional tactics, I get it. But a lot of Pena's attitude really annoyed me.

Yea I was speaking generally obviously there are levels to it. Taking a rooting interest in a fight because you dislike someone is normal but there are goobers out there and on here who make hating certain fighters their entire persona its corny as fuck
