We'd seen it all before. Dana and Rogan, two crazy slapheads whose job it is to hype up every single fighter as the possible second coming of Bruce Lee on steroids, screaming about XYZ fighter coming up on the PPV.

I'd never seen Dillashaw fight before, and if I did I'd forgotten about him. I wasn't paying attention to the BW division and Barao didn't interest me. When TJ Dillashaw was mentioned by the UFC hype machine there was a little bell at the back of my mind that rang "Pat Cummins! These two guys hate each other! This guy's nasty!" every single time.

I guess the UFC hype was real this time.

barao didn't interest you? dude he's one of the most exciting fights under 155

Id seen him fight multiple times and didn't give him much of a chance. I thought Barao was practically unbeatable at that weight.

I was happily proven wrong :)

I told my group of friends he was gonna get absolutely killed in the main event.

Then I looked like a fool

i was wrong about tj. what an unbelievable upset. he did a good job against barao.

I was wrong! But eating crow would imply the you went around saying TJ was lose bad. I didn't so i won't.

Yeah, almost everyone. 94% of the people on Tapology picked Barao.

no. everyone knew that TJ would win easily. welcome to sherdog.

Completely wrong. I like Alpha Male guys and was definitely rooting for Dillashaw, but NEVER would have thought things would play out like that. It was pretty damn surreal cause I really thought we wouldn't see Barao possibly lose until he moved up to 145.

Picked dillashaw bc he gave me this selfie @171 ...fk the haters

Absolutely and I'm man enough to admit it.

I was wrong about TJ. What a great performance

I literally told my brother and his friends that he was going to get sacrificed.

Now I'm all like *num num num*

What no way I knew TJ would win.

= WTF I didn't see that happening.

Wait, you'd never seen Dillashaw fight before? Wtf? How are you even posting on sherdog?

I was rooting hard for TJ but I didn't think he had much of a chance.

Nope. I thought his chances were slim but enough of a chance to bet some vcash just for fun. I was surprised and happy as hell. Love when those brazilian ships sink.
