fart & burp at the exact same time you bust a nut. make sure you do this in an enclosed space, because you'll need to huff it all back in for the maximum effect.

Spinach and garlic I can do no problem. But oysters and mushrooms are literally like the only 2 things on the planet that is a hard and fast DO NOT WANT from me. Guess I'll have to go overboard with the spinach.

At my age, other than getting regular exercise by power-walking/hiking the mountain trails around my house five days a week, this is as natural as I get:

I find that weight lifting, mma, and a mostly meat diet has me feeling stronger and more energetic.

Pure Pomegranate juice has been shown in studies to increase test by 25%. 8 oz a day for two weeks and you'll feel the increase.

source - old man that's tried it

Don’t get fat helps, and moderate the booze intake and weed, both which decreases endogenous test and raise e2 levels.
Lifting helps increase cyclically increase test and gh release temporarily through the day, and being in shape overall.

Cold showers I do, because I feel better coming out, but not real sure about test or insulin sensitivity increases.

    Supplement wise, Sarms, Tonkat Ali.
Or just gear up with test e/c/prop or sustanon.

    Aww Good Ole Test C.

My first and only cycle 8 yrs ago in my early 20s stacked with some potent ass Superdrol.

After running a cycle you gotta get your test productivity back up. Besides Sarms, Clomid..
D-Aspartic Acid seemed to work well and is a dirt cheap natural supplement (bloodwork came back good) Of course the basics are best.. Sleep good, Eat good, avoid alcohol, and keep a good exercise regimen (don’t skip legs). Also there’s this light you can shine on your taint that may or may not help.

I win at pretty much everything I do, I've always perceived myself to be a winner and more gifted than my opposition. I tend towards sports and activities that allow for this. As a kid computer games, nailed it, as a young adult skateboarding, nailed it, as an adult amateur kickboxing (13-0), then American football 4 seasons at RT ain't missed a snap and maybe 2 qb sacks allowed (basically with the qb rolling out past my pocket edge because of backside pressure).

    Study on the winning effect:

"The men who believed they had won received an average testosterone increase of 4.92%, while those convinced they had lost dropped by an average of 7.24%. Overall, men who thought they were winners had testosterone levels 14.46% higher their deflated opponents."

    https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/08/180808193647.htm

That's likely better than any supplementation, without just straight replacing test.

The real question is what is the level of opposition?

Lets see you play ball against a 20 year old college player in states or fighting a 20 year old ammy kickboxer from ukraine.

(Just messing with you since im bored)

It doesn't really matter as long as you're winning AFAIK, I kickboxed with 2 world champions in my school who were lighter than me but I learned a lot. The guys I fought weren't that trained or skilled though, I was never really tested in comp. I did act as a sparring partner for a UFC/Bellator fighter and did ok. It's hard with heavyweights with heavy hands, it's kinda a different game live to a lot of sparring. But yeah, I don't know re top amateur kickboxers, I'd probably be merced!

Re football, yeah, college level in the states are monsters. How I'd do in that is more up in the air. I trained with an ex D2 DE but he didn't have the physique anymore, he was no problem and I've faced a couple of freaks and barely survived but held out. Plus I'm getting that old man strength now and 20yr olds with sufficient mental fortitude are rare.

The important thing is believing you're a winner and beating your competition though, not how good they are.

    Anyone ever hear if Shilajit.

People claim it helps increase energy and test levels. It’s part of Ayurvedic medicine.
