Anyone been to SD Fight Club in El Cajon, CA?

How was it? I'm planning on taking a trial class there and maybe joining the school if I like it. The only problem is that it's about little less than an hour to get there and that's a lot of gas for me to drive back and forth too much, so I'd like to know right off the bat what people think of it.

Worth the money or no?

dont wanna step on no toes.... but go to el cajon undisputed.. open 6:30 am to 9 pm. open gym all day with the option to take up to 7 classes..... and we dont open at 4 pm and limit students to how much they could be there, you can practically live at the gym all day.... and we're right up the block...... im just saying

Say can anyone let me know how the Undisputed in North Park is? I've driven by but never got the chance to walk in.

Also any word on the Gracie Academy in Point Loma?

Really? I thought the closest Undisputed was up in Point Loma. I'll definitely stop by. Do you know their policy on trial classes?

ahahahh thats like saying "train at throwdown.... we have a juice bar" ahahahha working out and yogurt dont mix.

i dont train at north park but that's pretty much the head quarters. all the main instructors are there. i keep my ass in el cajon because everything i need is in el cajon undisputed... i have no need to go to the other gyms, unless im told to.

I'll definitely check it out. I'll probably have to wait a little bit considering I have school and I'm trying to adjust my work hours to give me more time to come train in the evening.

So are there any trial periods or introductory classes available or do you pay right off the bat?

Wait, this saturday as in tomorrow? Well that sucks because the earliest I can come in is Oct 1st on thursday. that's when I was planning on taking the trial class at SD fight club. What's happening on saturday after 2 pm?

its going good so far . they had me sparring with one of the trainers the first 20 minutes i was there and i got a nice shiner on my left eye kind of a welcome back gift . not to sure if i am going to get to rematch chaiyo because i guess his is fighting up near bangkok not sure though i still got 3 1/2 weeks anything could happen
