Idk I thought it was common knowledge. Type a personalities are competitive, hot headed, and tend to die from disease earlier in life. Basically go getters (tj dillashaw, Michael Jordan)
Type B is the opposite. Super chill but tend to achieve less. Live longer lives with less stress
