Anybody want to see one of these fights? I'd like to see Pena or Val beat somebody who's actually coming off a win before getting a shot at the belt, if I had to choose I'd rather see Pena vs. McMann while Val takes the title, when push comes to shove Val just beat a hungry former champion whereas Pena beat Zingano coming off a 15 month lay off and Zingano basically gave her the fight.

I think Val completely outclasses her, Pena has really bad striking. Would like to see it though.

I agree. I don't think Pena could just wrestle fuck her either. Pena's TDs mainly consist of body locks and throws in the clinch, where Shevchenko is very good as well. On the feet it's no contest.

I guess we have to call McMann's last fight a win, but that was one of the worst fights of the year so far.

I want to see Valentina get the TS. A rematch vs Nunes is the most interesting BW fight to me.

Well I guess it depends on RRR. If she's coming back then you can do Pena vs. Valentina. If not Pena is really the only one who makes sense for the next title shot.

If Rousey passes I think it has to be Pena as the next title challenger.

Shevchenko just had a shot at her. She can definitely win one more fight for me

How? Her only notable win is 15 month layoff Zingano coming off a loss, Shev just outclassed a former champion.

I guess just longer win streak and Val has a very recent loss to the champ. I like both though so I'd be happy either way.

Can't argue with Pena being more deserving, even if I would rather see Val.

Pena fitches Valentina or subs her late.

I don't like her but she's not one to bet against, has a lot of heart.

I doubt Pena would even know how to get close, her striking is virtually non-existent.

Pena beat the absolute shit out of one of my friends in an mma fight before she was on tuf. I haven't bet against her since.

Look how far Ronda made it with serious holes in her game, this is WMMA. Pena is scrappy as fuck, until someone beats her ass and proves otherwise, I think she's a threat to the whole division. I'd like to see her fight for the title.

Without having to fight a striking specialist, I don't get the Pena hype. Val beats her.

I want to see a rematch between Pena and the bartender/owner, that was kicked in the balls by her.
