To really see where Conor stacks up in the UFC FW division throw him in there with an established prospect like Dustin who can propose an intresting style match up and great fight???

Thoughts????

Hes a great grappler but I was thinking Jamie Varner is a perfect next fight. Maybe thats too big of a jump?

i would love to see that fight fan of both guys, but i see a few problems dustin is way to far up the ladder yeah hes lost 2 of 3 but he lost to Kz and cub more then likly one of those guys will be getting title before year is over, and i thinking its too soon to throw mcgregor in against such a talented grappler, i would rather they give him some time to work up the ladder before throwing him into the fire of the division

would be a fun fight for sure, but i dont see ufc putting their new Irish posterboy against a talented wrestler, plus ufc wants mcgregor at 145
i would love to see these fights
45: Phan, Stephens, Garcia, Yagin
55: Stout, Makdessi, Wiman, Danzig

This Mcgregor hype is getting out if hand, you people are treating him like Silva

Conor wants both weights, but, 145 only....where did UFC say that? I would place him at 155 first and if he ends up losing, then move him to 145. Not saying aldo is easier then bendo, but, the whole division is not as hard as 155 IMO.

They won't make that fight. Too much too soon for Conor and they probably want to build Dustin back up as well, both are only 24. Dustin would beat him though.

That would be a sick fight. Both south paws with great stand up. I would have Dustin with an advantage on the ground, but Conor with an advantage on the feet. With that said, Conor TKO round 2.

i know he wants both i think he could do it too, but i cant remember where i read it but ufc would prefer he stays at 45 for time being, i dont care where he fights dude is entertaining

I think Dustin is still much further ahead in terms of rankings, would like to see Conor built up really.

I think Leonard Garcia would make a lot of sense right now. A well known veteran (albeit with a poor record and probably shouldn't be in the UFC) who will oblige in a war and has never been KO'ed.

Eddie Yagin or Pablo Garza could be good match-ups, too. I'd suggest Josh Grispi since he's from near Massachusetts, a name and it could be a good match up for Conor, but I remember seeing about him being cut (although is still on the UFC website roster), and I don't really want to see him get beaten up again...

McGregor would take fights at 155 because he wants to please Dana, stay busy and get paid. However, he's a 145er and being wrestle-f*cked by larger wrestlers at 155 doesnt do him or his record any favours.

Top 15 or lower tier top 10 FW next. He's knocked out plenty of people plenty quick, I think he deserves someone respected (but not contender good) so if he KOs them it'll put a stamp on the division. Maybe Koch or Hioki
