Every job I've had since I was 19 I've stash some kind of liquor, in use to get caught alot but have now mastered being drunk at work. I found out years ago if you act crazy sober they will never know your drunk and always keep Listerine with you at all times. Rum is best it's smell isn't as strong as other liquors especially if you get it flavored.

You ever come across someone and just think "damn, that dude is winning at life!"?

Muslim company, so nope. One of my officemates applied to a company back home in the philippines where the boss(probably an american from florida) provides beer for his employees while working programming and stuff. That company is an aberration. TS on the other hand sounds like a telemarketer.

Also if caught with the bottle pour the rest of the remaining alcohol on the snitch. So that then you can say y'all both were drinking and you told him/her to stop. Then say you were trying to pour it out but the snitch got mad and spilled it. If the boss catches you well then your screwed.

Was the person in question as cool as the OP?

And who the hell drinks rum when they want to hide the smell of liquor? Rum has a powerful stank to it. Something tells me he isn't sneaking El Dorado 21 year in with him.

no drugging/drinking it up for me at work, people expect me to be sober. except for my occasional trip, and it'd be rude to turn down free drinks on the company.

I get the cheap stuff for work drinks I usually mix it with a Circle K big cup. Plus my current boss is an idiot who just wants to play tablet games all the time. I got him some Google dollars for his b day last month, haven't been on time since.

i only drank once at a warehouse job when I was like 22 it was a 24 oz corona we all did it at lunch. At my current job I can't because:

    1)drinking at work is boring
2)drinking at work makes me tired
    3)im less productive
    4) more fun to drink after work at home.

Just took 3 shots of Everclear before I clock in. I don't have a drinking problem it's the world that has a problem with my drinking. I work in a hospital as a lab tech so my job is boring unless I'm hammered.
