I know she won fair and square, and I rooted for her in about every other fight she had, specially against Ronda (I was a Ronda hater), this was honestly the first time I didnt want her to win, but now that she's the champ, I dont feel like its right, I dont think she deserves to be the champion when everybody, even her, knows she would never beat Ronda, I think she has eaten way too many strawberries to have the aura of a champ, Im not a Holm fanboy either, I actually think she might lose to Ronda if they fight again, depending on how Ronda evolves after the loss, but to me Ronda, Zingano and even Holly would beat them at least 7/10 times, (Ronda 10/10).

Is in UFC's best interest having Meisha losing the strap soon IMHO

Definitely, she's not a draw, she doesn't have a very exciting fight style, she has 2 losses to Ronda and 1 a piece to Zingano & Kaufman.

Nah she looks good with the belt. Besides with her as champ maybe Big Ronda will get back in the gym.

Just piss because they will feed her to Ronda right away.
Poor Holm, anyway.

occasional awkward boners seeing the champ, yes.

Nah, I was stoked to see her finally get that UFC gold.

Gal has fought everyone and has put in her time.

Weird thing is, she probably loses the belt in Rousey lll fight. I think Ronda just has her number, the same as Holly has Rondas number.

Yes, this is the first UFC champion I can honestly say that I can potentially fwap to.

To be perfectly honest (4real dirty old man here) I couldn't stop looking at poon canyon in this fight. Is there something about the shorts design that made this look so redickUlous. Miesha looked to have a nice firm meaty cooch that on a rare occasion looked like possibly a "golf ball" gap.

I seriously hope that there is no medical condition and that it was the design of the shorts that made it appear that Payton Manning could have threaded a fully inflted NFL football between the gap on Holly without touching the sides!o_O

It's not awkward at all. She won it fair and square. Styles make fights. Holm exposed Ronda's weakness to a good striker, Miesha exposed Hollys ground game. That's the nature of this sport.

I'm not sure if awkward is the right word. She did win it far and square, but I have a hard time believing she'll get past Ronda. The only time I can remember someone losing the first two fights of a trilogy and winning the third is Rampage against Wand, but i have a hard time believing Miesha can pull it off

Yes because there are other fighters in the division who are better than her. She will likely lose to Rousey, Zingano, or Nunes

Well, at first, I was kinda on the Holly train. But, nahh, Meisha is great. She's a legitimate veteran, she has an awesome skillset, put on an all time classic title fight, and pegs caraway on the reg. That's awesome. War Meisha.

I wouldn't say never. Unlike Honda, Miesha has the ability to improve and learn from past mistakes. As such I suspect that the next fight with Honda could be interesting as Honda's been deprived of her soul and should Miesha prolong this fight it goes in her favor.

She's already been finished by 2 of them and ducked the other one.

yes and no thing is she is championship caliber and a definate number 2 but at this point EVERYONE knows her style is just a horrible match for Ronda

Tate would always welcome the ground battle but with Ronda that's sticking one foot in the grave meanwhile on the standup Tate is marginally better however she doesn't have the power Ronda has

No awkward feeling at all. For however short or long she holds the belt there is no disputing she beat the title holder.
