Lol I know he is motivated, I just want to see what he is up to. When your training with Barao and Aldo at Nova Uniao. Im pretty sure he's coming to pound Frankie out or sub him. Penn destroys Frankie in the 3rd fight viciously.

biggest BJ Penn fan right here....but he's gonna get tuned up by Frankie. Quite possibly even a legit finish on BJ (I don't count the Hughes/GSP finishes).
This will look alot like BJ-Edgar 2, except more brutal.
Of course if BJ wins i'll tell you all i called it all along. Then i'll laugh at edgar fans lol.

Sherdog wouldn't be the same without the word motivated in a BJ Penn thread.
Machida is older than BJ. BJ has 3 more fights, but I'm willing to bet that Lyoto has won more decisions so The Dragon might have more actual fight time and I'm too lazy to look that up. Anyways, Machida is older and recently dropped down to MW for the first time and did well. We have yet to see how he will fare in later rounds at 185, but still.
