Any truth to this article about Muscle Milk?

the article came off very scare-tactic and hateful. like an article written by p.e.t.a talking about the risks of eating meat.

someone said it was a competitors site or something? i would believe that.

But is there any truth to what they say about "GCC's" in muscle milk?

GCC is out of the current MuscleMilk formulation.


The fat in muscle milk is fine, to me, it's 1/2 the appeal.

+1, carbs are my enemy, MM is a lifesaver when I need quick, quality calories. Plus those evil MCTs taste so so yummy.

yeah sorry to waste yer time. what the hells are your probelms? i figured the article wasn't new but its not like i posted the chuck liddell interview and said "hey look at this funny interview". gimme a break. it was a valid question about GCC's. if you think its a dumb question then why waste yer time posting? go to another thread there are lots of others.

Do you not see the sticky at the top of these boards that says, "ATTN: New Posters! The OFFICIAL D&S FAQ (read or be flamed at your own risk!)" ?

You didn't read that thread, so you got flamed. You can't exactly say you weren't warned beforehand. Your question is answered in a link in there titled, "Muscle Milk Info." Inside said link, in giant letters in the first post, it says, "BIG UPDATE: Cytosport has removed GCC from the MM formula."

So, really, if you spent 5 minutes to look it up yourself, you would've figured it out. I'm in a shit mood, I clicked on a link that might be elucidating, instead, I see this crap thread. I wasted my time posting in an effort to vent my frustrations at both your ignorance and inability to do basic, fundamental research on your own.

And to answer your question from another thread, return your container and get another from a more reputable dealer that doesn't try to peddle year old inventory.

i see wat your sayin. I didn't read all the faqs, it was my mistake. it was late at night and i wanted to post the thread before i went to bed bc i knew i had work all day the next day so i probably would have forgotten to do it. You are right, im wrong, end of story i guess.

And yeah i probably should return that container but the place is like 20 minutes away, i dunno i will see if i get time to return it. Im dreading the conversation i'll have to have with the 17 year old kid working there telling me he can't take back opened containers. Which i know will happen.
