I have such a hard time eating enough and eating consistantly....probably why im alot smaller than i want to be. Im super strong but i wanna be big as well. Any tips you guys use to make sure you get enough calories. Ive been trying to eat more PB sandwiches but thats just one thing.....anything else you can thing of with a super high caloric make up but maybe not as much fat s PB?
