Any thoughts on Valente Brothers in Miami?

Found this mentioned on some random site as a good MMA gym but I wanted to get the take of any Miami locals here.

They are widely regarded in the BJJ community as culty nutjobs.

They fell into the whole "too deadly for competition" category of martial arts that gets high sniffing their own farts.

One of them is in bed with Gisele, so there's that.

But there have got to be a ton of better mma / jiu jitsu gyms in Miami with a competition focus if you're trying to fight / compete.

I'd rather go to a local Gracie Barra or Gracie Humaita gym than the Valente bros.

You've got Mario Sperry and Fight Sports in Miami too.

Those are legit jiu jitsu schools.

But I might stay away from Fight Sports if you're a woman.

Any good MMA gyms in Miami-Dade that also teach wrestling? I cannot find any good MMA gyms in Miami-Dade while looking, they all seem way up north.
