I'm looking into my first Sous Vide machine. I'm considering an Anova submersible wand as opposed to one of the tank setups, largely because the wands can be used with a large amount of water. The Anova units have good reviews on Amazon and I like the wifi or Bluetooth connectivity. I already have a vacuum sealer so I won't need that. I'd like to keep the cost to $300 or under, but I'm willing to go over a little if there is a noticeable jump in quality.
