Yes, which is what I’m looking at purchasing. Just curious about views on the M1 Carbine. The juice isn't worth the squeeze.
Weren't you asking about a PCC in the other thread?

It's an outdated platform that requires custom work to make and keep accurate. The 30 carbine round isn't impressive. If you're talking about M1A rifles in .308, the same thing goes(except for the round, 308 is good). It literally beats itself apart and will need to be rebedded of you want to retain accuracy that is already sub par to quality AR's.
If you want a rifle, get an AR.
Not actually looking at buying one. Just curious about them. I’ll get an AR at some point. Just bought my pistol today.Just get an AR

92X92FS?
Just curious on your experiences with them, pricing, etc.
I own two.
A Socom 16.
And a precision series.
I bought them because they use the same ammo, magazines, and NutNFancy highly recommends them.
This video will answer any questions you probably have about M1As.
As for the 'Buy a Ar15' replies, Springfield Armory recently released an Ar15-like .308 (Ar10) called the Saint Victor.
And a smaller version, practically a sub-model.
