Any ideas on rigging something up like this

    Lomachenko hitting what the video describes as a "speed ball" but I think it is more of a reflex ball, anyways, anybody rig something up like this? How did you do it?

    RSK will probably figure this out but it looks like its attached to his hat see 0:06. Looks no different than a soft koosh tennis ball attached to a string.

    yeah, it is definitely attached to his hat. Just wondering ways/length/etc about it. Looks fun

    That's pretty unique. I imagine it's some elastic stretchy type string. Pretty cool and innovating.

    There are lots of ex-soviet union fighters training with that.

    I made one myself, harderst part is to find decent cord that has enough but not too much stretch.

    Isn't it just one of those tennis trainers:

    Looks like you just wind the excess elastic around the hat opening to adjust length.

    I got one of those. It's a nice little toy to play around with and warm up. You can make one yourself it's pretty simple but I bought this one, lasts longer and didn't do me any work.
