Mousasi used to be a pretty big guy back when he fought at Light Heavy. He definitely wasn’t undersized at all. These days he has lost so much weight he is even contemplating fighting at Welterweight. Any idea what sort of regime he might be on?

He wasn't super shredded at lhw and he was known as someone who elected not to cut weight.
