I like Makwan Amirkhani, but he hasn't fought in almost a year. Why not I have no idea.

This reminds me of all the “where is Sean Sherk?” Threads back in the day.

Where the hell is TJ Grant?! Oh, and Alberto Mina.

By the way, to answer your question about Makwan Amirkhani, he is 99% likely to fight on the UFC London card in March. He's recently gone back into full training mode instead of participating in reality TV shows.

I wouldn't expect too much out of him though - following him closely ever since his first fight, I feel like the dude has had one foot out of the sport ever since he became a domestic star here in Finland. He can live a comfortable life without MMA by virtue of being a celebrity.

That said though, atleast he appears to be more committed to his career than he was before. He has plans to go back to Ireland and literally live and train with John Kavanagh day-in-day-out for 4 weeks before his next fight I believe.

miguel torres. he was a real killer until he hit a bump on the road and was never the same. now that i think about it i guess he fell into a yawning gap on the road that swallowed him whole - gloves, mouth guard and all..

Ryan Hall, Gunnar Nelson (just recently surfaced though)

Tyrone Sponge
I think he has called it a career in MMA and kickboxing since that nasty leg break

edit: He just became the WBC latino light heavyweight champion in the fall. Looks like he is focusing on boxing now.

Grant never recovered from his concussion. Dana still owes him a title shot though.
Heh, I know. I just suck at sarcasm. Appreciate you answering anyway.

It was supposed to be a reference to the multiple "Where is TJ Grant" and "Where did Alberto Mina go?!" threads that used to seldomly pop up in the past.
