Any experience with shoulder injuries?

What are symptoms compared to when the injury first happened?

Well, I seen the doc. He said the dent is not good (6 years of mecical school fee's didnt go to waste then) and has referred me for an MRI. He said its likely to be at least 3 months unless I want to pay

It sounds to me like you have an AC separation, possibly grade 3 +.
I definitely wouldn't train with that until you get a qualified diagnosis, it is not just a benign condition. It means that cartilages that hold shoulder bones together gave way, and your shoulder is structurally weak.

On the bright side you should know that this injury is common amongst judoka, rugby and hockey players. One can curb permanent effects in the future by proper shoulder strengthening.

Be smart about what you decide to do. Good luck !

Cheers for advice/info!
