Just recently started playing Breaking Point after getting bored with Altis Life RPG.
To those unfamiliar with ARMA, it's the definitive sandbox military simulator with a HUGE map.
Various mods are available with different play styles depending on what suits you. ex. Altis Life is a RPG, where people play as civilians and police. Strict rules apply so you have to stay in character.
Breaking Point is like DayZ (survival, zombies, and kill on sight players)

Got a few questions that no one seems to know the answers to:
    1) How can you save a server as a favorite?
    2) Is there a way to know who's talking in voice chat?
    3) What's the easiest way to meet up with friends and start a party?
    4) Between Epoch, BP, Wasteland, and Altis what's the best and most complete?

I tried watching Doom49 play ARMA and it felt so fucking slow as in takes forever to run into people and such.

Granted, that might be because I am used to these:

Yeah, ARMA is a very slow burn. You should watch FRANKIEonPC for good ARMA/DayZ videos.

I've camped out with 3 buddies at a lake for 2 hours straight one time, all of us armed to the tits. We just talked shit, smoked weed, and glassed for potential targets. When we finally saw activity, we got ambushed by a group and lost all our shit.

Yes i play the shit out of Arma 3. I've been playing invade and annex with my home girl. And we are gonna head over to epoch soon. Epoch is DayZ with base building and one of the best shop systems ever. Also they don't have zombies, they have monsters and super natural horror monster (stalker like mutants). Also they are gonna be adding in a huge rock golem soon which looks fucking epic.

Do you have to download Epoch separately like Breaking Point?
What's your take on BP? Worth putting time into?

Is this game dead or what? I really enjoy this game. Invade and annex is really fun.

BP looks boring. Counter strike zombie escape is by far the best. The zombies are randomly selected human players, not AI. Great map selection with levels to beat and boss fights and usable items for humans.

You are supposed to hold em off and escape the zombie apocalypse. That being said the degree of knockback and the number of health points of the zombie is entirely up to the individual server. Some servers have less knockback so you can kill em off.

Cool. I'll be trying that 5v5 thing.
