Any AI able to manipulate public figures voices ?

Is there any tool known to you where you could use lets say the voice of Obama, or Trump, or I don't known Leo Messi or any other famous person, and generate them saying something comming from the AI prompt ?

Eg,

Leo Messi says : Ronaldo is the best, but I am also very good
Obama says : Trump is ok guy , but I don't belive in UFO

Then , the next level would be , if it's possible to use their voice to say those sentences in other languages .
What tool is possible to achive that ?

Just Google Voice AI there are some with a database of celebrities, some you can clone your own. It'll always some a little bit exotic though.

Not only yes, but this tech has been around for a bit already.

At this point anything can be faked via video and audio.

AI still kind of sucks with fingers and hands, but I suspect that it will figure that out shortly.
