Antonio Silva wants rematch with UFC champion Cain Velasquez

Cuts happen, might be shitty luck, but it's not like the cut happened by itself, Cain caused it and Cain used it to his advantage and Cain won fair and square.

I see no reason for Bigfoot to do any better a second time against Cain.

....

He must enjoy batheing in his own blood

I don't think Silva will get passed Overeem, but if he does I wouldn't mind seeing him against Cain.

That victory was little tainted in my opinion due to Silva vision been impaired by the blood. Ringside people should have done a better job of cleaning his face when they stopped the fight to see the cut. What u guys think?

I think Cain-Silva was one of those matches that doesn't really call for a rematch.

We have to draw a line somewhere, rematches doesn't HAVE to happen ALL the time.

If he walks through Overeem which I cannot see happening he deserves another shot just based on how the fight with Cain went. Granted no question Cain caused the cut but I do wonder if the fight would have went differently had it not happened.

Still think Cain would win in the end.

I agree 100%

He was blinded by it. If ref stops the fight, and has doctors look at it why wouldn't they clear the blood better of his eyes better than they did?

I would have had no problems with the fight had they not stopped the fight to check his cut.

Bigfoot is gonna be cleaning overeem off his feet after he annihilates him

I give Bigfoot real props for wanting to step up and fight the best.

Of course he wants it...and good for him.

I don't think it's the fight that will be made though even if he beats The Reem.

The Bigfoot fight was a flawless, efficient performance by Cain. However I do think the tactic of trying to cut open the opponent asap to get a doctor stoppage is cheap. Legal, efficient, cheap.

Bigfoot will have to earn another shot at Cain, and I don't think he'll ever reach the top of the UFC food chain. He won't get past Overeem, wouldn't get past JDS. Velasquez and Cormier already ended him quickly. Werdum defeated him.

Due to his lack of speed and athleticism Antonio Silva will be borderline top 10 at best.

Dumb, dumb, dumb - how is this cheap when knocking sb out or breaking his arm is perfectly acceptable? I mean in a real fight a broken arm is a hindrance - it does not stop you from fighting just like blood in your eyes is a hindrance.

Cain still wins but I think Silva puts up a much better fight. Based on sherdog logic, Cain should've never got a rematch cause JDS KO'd him so easily the 1st fight
