Yes he doesnt have the titles or even the big wins. But I dont see who beats hum. The power, the speed and more importantly the intelligence. Once again in his last 2 fights he paced himself well and waited for his chance. This is a world class athlete as well. Compare him to other HWs they look like average dudes. Yes I know people will say he isnt proven blah blah. Do people really think Fury can deal with that speed?

Until he faces someone with decent boxing skills
Ortiz would demolish him

Wilder, and Ortiz would beat him.

But I hope he fight Povetkin next.

My rankings

1. Wilder
2. Joshua
3. Fury
4. Klitschko
5. Ortiz
6. Povetkin

He will look much better when he fights someone who fights back. His speed and power will look better when the other guy is more open and attacking.

Well he was just on TV so I agree, at least until the next HW fight where someone gets knocked out.

Maybe, Maybe not but his speed wont be enough to carry against some who has more ring exp and skill to counter the speed. Ortiz and Povetkin bot are master counter punch and could set trap for AJ.

Its not all about the measurable attributes like power and speed. Still many situations and types of fighters we haven't seen him against.

True....some styles will trouble him. But people keep hanging on experience and I think its castly overrated. I mean outside how to deal with the media.....what has Joshua actually gained by beating his last 2 opponents? If his first 2 pro fights were his last 2 opponents, does anyone actually think the result would be different?

Joshua has the potential, but right now I have Ortiz, Fury, Haye and Wilder beating him.

Ortiz by outboxing him, late stoppage with Joshua being exhausted and confused. Fury also but not to the same extent.

Haye is all wrong stylistically. I can see him getting inside the jab and counter punching to a win.

Wilder coming out on top in a wild firefight.

Nah, not fury, i see joshua absolutely wasting fury, Haye could trouble him with his comparable speed and experience advantage but for me the only guy out there who could force a real fight, a proper old school heavyweight bout with action and skill on both sides is wilder, that would be a great fight.

Yeah Fury is the one I am most confident he would destroy. Their speed and athleticism is like day and night. People act like Fury is some sort of boxing genius since he won the belt in slowest most boring title fight I ever seen

I could see AJ wasting Fury too, but at this point, I feel Fury may be loose enough, with good punch variety, lateral movement and switch hitting to spoil the fight and win via boring decision, utilising a similar gameplan he used against Chisora and Klitschko.

Fury does like to get into a fight at times, something he's stated he's very confident in and would never lose. If he deviated from a gameplan and tried to outgun AJ, then I think that would be his undoing.

It's the heavyweight division. The top five guys can all probably beat one another on any given night. You get hit just right and you're done. That is why it can(not saying it is)be the most exciting division in boxing hands down. Hopefully this new ear pans out and guys fight one another unlike most of the other divisions these days.

Except Fury. He kind of sucks and I can't see him beating anyone who is good and big.

I like him... Big puncher who has the cardio to still punch big later in fights.

No issue with his last three opponents.

I think we should reserve judgement until Hearn matches him against someone he wouldn't use as a sparring partner .
